This tutorial will show you how to report a suspected scam on Craigslist. Visit your local Craigslist, here we are using "london.craigslist.co.uk", navigate to the right section and click on the advert. The easiest way to report Craigslist scammer activity is to click on the flag icon at the top of every listing. First you can report it to Craigslist, and then beyond that you can also report it to the IFCC or FTC if you deem necessary. At the top you will see a section labeled "flag" and to report spam you should click the "prohibited" link. When you flag a Craigslist scam on Craigslist itself, it notifies the moderators so that they can decide whether it needs to be removed.
